Yes! Delivery is free as long as you order a minimum of 3 bottles!

We employ our own delivery team so you will be able to choose a delivery day and time window when placing your order. On your chosen delivery day you will receive a text message with the estimated delivery time and a tracking link for seeing when your order is close by!

Unfortunately we do not deliver on public holidays or weekends.

We deliver to most places in Singapore! Our main requirement is that your building has a lift if your delivery address is higher than the second floor. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Jurong Island or Tuas. If you need any clarification please reach out to us!

Please hold on to them! We will collect them from you the next time we deliver. We keep track of how many empty bottles each customer has and the cost of any missing bottles (15.00 SGD each) will be deducted from the refundable bottle deposit.

Yes! If you order 36 or more bottles per year (that's 3 bottles per month) then your rental dispenser is FREE! Otherwise a rental fee of SGD 150.00 per year will be applied. We also require a completely refundable security deposit of SGD 200.00.

Yes, all of our water is sourced from an underground volcanic aquifer in the Victoria Black Hill Mountains in Australia.

Rainfall in the Victoria Black Hill Mountains is captured in a cone and naturally filtered by the fine scoria in the volcano where it picks up essential minerals and electrolytes. The water remains above the water table, so it remains pure, fresh, and protected from possible contamination, giving it its neutrally balanced pH of 7.5 to 8.0.

Our water picks up 100% natural electrolytes such as sodium, potassium, magnesium, and chloride from the underground volcanic rock it filters through.
