Automatic recurring orders policy

OVERVIEW

This Automatic Recurring Orders Policy (“Subscription Policy”) describes how automatic Automatic Recurring Orders (“Subscriptions”) work.

AUTOMATIC RECURRING ORDERS DASHBOARD

When you have placed an order containing a Subscription item you will be able to access the automatic recurring orders dashboard via the link in your customer dashboard on our website. Here is a direct link to the dashboard.

SUBSCRIPTION INTERVAL

When you purchase a Subscription you will receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the Subscription frequency that you select (e.g. every week / every 2 weeks / etc). You can update this frequency via the automatic recurring orders dashboard at any time. Subsequent orders on your Subscription will be placed on the same day of the week as your initial order.

Additionally, you will select a Subscription delivery day when placing your first Subscription order. This will determine the scheduled delivery day for your Subscription orders. Your delivery will be scheduled on the next chosen day when subsequent orders are placed. If the same day is chosen as the order day then the delivery will be scheduled for the week after (e.g. order is placed on Tuesday and Tuesday is chosen as the delivery day then the delivery will be scheduled for the following Tuesday as we do not offer same day deliveries). If you need to change your Subscription delivery day please contact us.

We recommend that you leave a couple of days between your first order date and your chosen Subscription delivery day in case the payment processing fails to allow both us and you time to rectify the issue without causing a disruption in your delivery schedule.

PAYMENT DETAILS

Your payment details will be securely stored with our payments and online e-commerce platform provider Shopify Inc. We do not have direct access to your payment details for security reasons. You can update your payment details at any time via the automatic recurring orders dashboard.

FAILED PAYMENTS

If a payment fails then you will receive a notification email. The payment will be automatically retried the next day. This will repeat for a total of 3 retries, after which the Subscription will be paused.

REFUNDS

Please note that we do not offer any refunds for returned bottles (even when full and unopened) due to health and safety reasons. Therefore we require that you either pause your Subscription or skip upcoming deliveries if you expect to be away from your home and/or Singapore temporarily. You can do so via the automatic recurring orders dashboard at any time.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your Subscription at any time via the automatic recurring orders dashboard. This will immediately stop any future Subscription orders and no additional payments will be processed.

SKIPPING DELIVERIES

You can skip any delivery in your schedule at any time via the automatic recurring orders dashboard. If you skipped a delivery by accident then you can also unskip it.
